Now when you see this you need to disconnect the USB cable from your gamepad. Reverse and descend always appear for me with no key binding next to them on the screen. Having the exact same issue but with XBOX 360 Controller. DPad is fine but reverse in vehicle and descend in chopper doesn't work with the LT Trigger. LT Trigger works though when on foot. I see no way to manually rebind keys, so if anyone has a solution or workaround i'd love to hear it.
